The first guy quoted us over three times what Karl charged, and couldn't even fix it on his first visit, he said he needed to come back. He also recommended a pipe replacement at again three times what Karl quoted. Karl came the next morning, fixed our problem, charged a fair amount, was helpful, professional, quick, and proactive.
